March 50/50 Raffle
As the official charity of Texas Motor Speedway, Speedway Children’s Charities is now hosting a 50/50 Raffle at each of our major race weekends. What’s a 50/50 Raffle, you ask? Tickets are sold onsite at Texas Motor Speedway and those sales accumulate into a jackpot. A winning ticket will be drawn at the conclusion of the race weekend and 50% of the jackpot goes to a lucky winner and the other 50% goes to Speedway Children’s Charities—a big win for race fans AND children in need in North Texas!
VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED MARCH 27, 28, and 29!
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Facilitate raffle ticket sales via an electronic handheld device
- Actively engage and educate fans to participate in the 50/50 Raffle at mobile and/or stationary locations throughout the property
- Accurately handle cash transactions and distribution of raffle tickets
- Educate fans about Speedway Children’s Charities, the non-profit beneficiary of the 50/50 Raffle program
HERE IS THE BEST PART!!! For every hour that you volunteer at the 50/50 raffle, you're feeding children who may otherwise go hungry right here in our communities. It only takes $5 to provide a local child with six hearty meals and four snacks through Food for the Soul, and we earn $10 PER HOUR that our volunteers serve on behalf of our organization! That means every hour of your volunteer time provides 12 meals and 8 snacks! What an incredible opportunity!
