We have a reason to be happy and would like to share it with all of you.
Thanks to the wonderful support of Sri Kaleshwar's parents - Subbamma and Dr. Subbarayudu Anupati — and Shilpa (Sri Kaleshwar's widow), 100 percent of the shares of AKS — Ancient Spiritual Teachings & Consulting GmbH — were recently transferred to Kaleshwar e.V. At the same time, the associated EU trademark “Sri Kaleshwar” was transferred to Kaleshwar e.V.

Sri Kaleshwar's Spiritual Heritage
Swami's spiritual legacy is an inheritance to humanity. Nobody really owns this knowledge, as it is deeply rooted in the Indian tradition of spiritual wisdom. Swami has always emphasized that this knowledge is not his — that it is the sacred knowledge of the Rishis, which has been handed down through original palm leaf manuscripts. However, as direct students of Swami, we are the guardians and ambassadors of this knowledge. Sri Kaleshwar has spiritually trained and tested us. For many years he asked us to take on the task of protecting this knowledge and bringing his spiritual heritage into the world. He asked us to study the knowledge in depth, and support everyone who is serious about following this spiritual path. At that time, he made us promise to keep his spiritual heritage pure, free of any extraneous additions, and to prepare it for posterity and honor his memory to the best of our ability, and with the highest level of conscience and integrity.
At Kaleshwar Europe we see it as our duty and responsibility to create a strong basis for the mission in Europe. This includes preparing and presenting the knowledge in a meaningful way, translating it into other European languages, accompanying students on their spiritual path in the best possible way, and training new healers and teachers — so that his mission can be continued vigorously and with integrity after we are gone. We also want to offer those who do this work a protected, legally secure framework. We believe that the Dakshina — the financial compensation for work (courses, Dharma shop etc.) — as well as donations, should remain within the spiritual mission so that it can be advanced, and enhance good Karma for everyone. Swami's specific goal for us was to create sustainable structures for that so that the knowledge could be shared in a safe and powerful way even many years from now. We are working to continue his mission, together with others who share this vision.
AKS GmbH & trademark “Sri Kaleshwar” — what is it all about?
Sri Kaleshwar founded the AKS GmbH company with our support in 2009, in addition to the non-profit organization Kaleshwar e.V. The transfer to Kaleshwar e.V. was carried out on the advice of our lawyer who specializes in non-profit law, Mr. RA u. StB von Holt, to whom Swami had already explained his spiritual mission in detail in 2005. Swami himself commissioned Mr. von Holt to provide legal and tax support in all matters relating to the Mission in Europe, and we continue to work closely with him to this day.
The trademark “Sri Kaleshwar” was registered in 2015 by the then interim CEO of AKS GmbH — as an EU brand. This was done without our knowledge, and without Swami’s parents or his wife Shilpa’s knowledge. Many have asked us what this is all about. For us it is fundamentally inappropriate for someone to register the name of a saint as one’s own legally held trademark. It would be as if someone registered the names “Shirdi Baba®” or “Jesus Christ®” as a trademark. A trade name is used to differentiate oneself from others, and a trademark is used to either allow or prohibit others from using a name. Registering a trademark effectively establishes ownership of that name. The attempt to register "Sri Kaleshwar®" as a trademark in India was unsuccessful — which is logical to us.
Though we would have not dared to register the proper name of our master as a legal trademark, the transfer of this existing EU trademark nevertheless gives us the legal certainty that no one else will own Swami’s name in this way, which could have had potentially adverse effects on the work of the mission in Europe.
We will continue to work to ensure that knowledge, in its purity, is made available to all people — just as Swami taught it, and as he asked of us. We strive to do this to best honor Swami, his wishes and his gift of this knowledge to the world. We have promised him to remain true to this path and the oath we have taken, no matter the circumstances or consequences.
Our thanks again to the heirs of Swami's worldly inheritance for their wisdom, and for the respect they have shown for Swami's wishes. We thank them for supporting us in our responsibility in carrying forward Swami’s mission via Kaleshwar Europe. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude and deep respect to them.
