The Social Prescribing Network, College of Medicine and Chamberlain Dunn are once more collaborating to produce an event with 10 award categories to celebrate the dedication and hardwork people put into social prescribing. Among the awards this year will be Most Inspirational Service User.
Among the new awards for this year is the best Children, Young People and Family social prescribing scheme sponsored by Simply Connect
