Hygge Park in the Sunshine

Now we are well into the new year, we are busy on many new and continuing projects. It has been great to see several sites which we have assisted with in recent years, such as Crest Nicholson's Hygge Park, Keynsham (above), progressing - and showing signs of spring.

As usual, our short monthly newsletter celebrates a few of our current and recent projects: including major mixed-use sites at Swansea and Bristol, Parc Mawr and East of Harry Stoke, both of which are reaching important stages in the planning process.

Parc Mawr

We are pleased that the revised proposals for Parc Mawr, a mixed-use development to the north-west of Swansea has been submitted. We have undertaken the masterplanning for this strategic hybrid application on behalf of Bellway Homes.

East of Harry Stoke

We have been assisting Crest Nicholson with the mixed-use proposals for north-east Bristol for a number of years. The draft Design Code has been the subject to a helpful design review and we look forward to an exciting period for the site.

This month we visited the ongoing development at Nerrols Grange, a mixed-use site (including up to 630 new homes) adjoining the north-east edge of Taunton. Working on behalf of Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes, Pad produced the Design Code, and undertook the Phase One Reserved Matters design.
