As the situation around the world and here in the U.S. continues to evolve with the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to provide you an update regarding precautionary measures being taken at FineMark National Bank & Trust, to protect our clients, associates and the communities we serve.

We are meeting regularly and following guidelines from the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control. We are also in regular contact with health officials in our local communities.

From an operational perspective, we have a business continuity plan, which includes a plan for pandemics. By testing these plans annually, we are prepared to serve you and keep our business operational during times of distress.

Some of the steps we are currently taking include:
  • Disinfecting surfaces like doorknobs, tables, desks and handrails frequently during the day
  • Working with our third-party cleaning companies to provide an extra level of care during nightly cleanings
  • Requiring associates to stay home, if they are ill, a family member is ill, or possibly exposed to the coronavirus
  • Ensuring systems are in place so associates can work remotely
  • Cancelling all non-essential meetings and events
  • Cancelling all unnecessary business travel
  • Educating our clients on the technology available at FineMark
If you have not already done so, we encourage you to establish online banking (click here to sign up) and download our FineMark mobile banking app for Apple or Android. This will allow you to view balances, deposit checks, pay bills and transfer money, at anytime from anywhere.

We value our relationship with each of our clients. Our goal is to continue to support your needs, with a minimal level of disruption. We will update you on any changes regarding our response to the coronavirus.

Sincerely,

Joseph R. Catti
President & CEO
