Greetings,
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and in an effort to help stop the spread of the virus, Renaissance Church will not hold services at the Opera House this weekend. We will hold online-only services; further information about how to access services will be provided soon.
This is a precautionary measure; we want to be a responsible community since we see about 1,000 people in a confined space each weekend. We believe church is not dependent on our physical space, but is the body of believers. We will still worship, pray, and learn together on Sunday.
We are closely monitoring official resources and following the directives of the New Jersey Governor, who has recommended the cancelation of public gatherings of 250 or more. At this time, there are no known cases of coronavirus reported by anyone attending Renaissance Church.
We know this is an anxious time, but God is our refuge and strength and an ever-present help in times of trouble. This decision to have online-only services is not made out of fear, but out of precaution. We prioritize the health and safety of our Renaissance Church family and community. Please join with us in praying for those impacted by this virus.
