An update on our Coronavirus plans...

 In these uncertain times of the Coronavirus pandemic and loo roll shortages, we just wanted to drop an email to you, our loyal clients, to update you on the measures we are taking to keep our staff and talent safeguarded, whilst also still completing projects in the most efficient way possible. 

We are, of course, being sensible and will continue to follow guidelines set out by the UK Government and World Health Organisation. 

After the recent post-COBRA (which stands for Cabinet Office Briefing Room A, if you didn’t know) meeting announcement, we’re continuing as normal, working in the office and studios. We’ve stocked up on antibacterial wipes (not to a crazy level!) and tissues, and our engineers have been practising their handshake alternatives. 

If you are self-isolating but still have a session due, fear not! There are a number of ways to dial in remotely to direct your session, no studio attendance needed.

If the time comes that we have to self-isolate, we are prepared for that as well! Our office systems and processes easily allow us to work from home should we need to, without any of our contact details changing.

We have also identified all of our voice artists, both English and International, who have the capabilities to record from home. Thanks to all the wonderful technology we now have at our fingertips, such as skype and join.me, we are confident in the high-quality service we can continue to provide.
