We hope that you and your families are staying safe during this time. We also want to express our gratitude for this community and for all the ways people are showing up during this difficult time, especially health care professionals.
Triage Cancer Event Updates: As you may have heard, we moved our previously scheduled Oakland, CA Conference for 3/21 to an online platform, and it was a great success! We have postponed all of our in-person events through 5/10/2020. After that time, scheduled in-person events will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, as we continue to monitor state and federal guidance on Covid-19. We will keep you updated as decisions are made.
Online Resources During Social Distancing:
As always, our mission is to bring you the most up-to-date information and resources on the practical and legal side of a cancer diagnosis. As you practice social distancing, check out these free resources for individuals diagnosed with cancer, caregivers, advocates, and health care professionals.
Cancer treatment often brings side effects that can present challenges at work and in school. This webinar will discuss the practical and legal tools, such as reasonable accommodations, that exist to protect access to work and school and help people cope with side effects. Free CEs for nurses and social workers.
