The Recreation & Tennis Center will be closed for 2 weeks, including programs and rentals, starting at the close of business today through Sunday, March 29. Quail Valley Golf Course & City Centre and Municipal Court will remain open for business operations.

“Did Somebody Say Ice Cream?”

MCTX business- Churned Creamery

Spring weather has arrived, and so has the newest MCTX business- Churned Creamery. The ice cream shop is only the company’s second location outside of California, with the first being located in the community next door.

Grand Opening
The shop features traditional flavors such as chocolate chip, and also unique flavors such as Horchata, and its signature ice cream in a croissant. Churned has its grand opening celebration tomorrow, March 14 at 3 p.m. at 9303 Highway 6, Suite 400. The first 100 customers will receive a free single scoop.

METRO to Consolidate MCTX Services

In January, METRO in partnership with Missouri City hosted a public hearing to discuss and receive feedback on its proposed MCTX commuter changes, to merge the two services. In the upcoming weeks, the 363 Community Connector will be expanding its coverage by acquiring the areas that were serviced by the 364 Flex Route.
