"Can words describe the fragrance of the very breath of spring?" - Neltje Blanchan

Hello Everyone!

Just a brief word to send out my next clinic dates (below). Since many of you have recently asked me about statins, I attach some links that make for interesting reading from science journals and colleagues. Happy Spring!

As always, if you have any questions or suggestions, don't hesitate to contact me.

Warmly,

Sabrina Biscardi, MNIMH
Medical Herbalist, Endobiogenic Medicine Practitioner, Systemic Constellations Facilitator

STATINS?

For those of you on statins or being made to consider them because of your cholesterol levels, you might be interested in reading the links below. As those of you who have discussed this topic with me know, before taking statins, it is vital to understand the functional role of cholesterol, especially in relation to hormone pathways, side effects, and heart disease risk. Lifestyle changes are usually a better option to manage levels if they are problematic, though statins are often recommended for people at high risk of heart disease.
