Now through 12/31/20, most Beaverdale homeowners are eligible for Neighborhood Finance Corporation - NFC Advantage Loan programs. Residents can use NFC loans to purchase or refinance their homes, or to finance major home improvements, infrastructure upgrades, remodeling projects or home additions. When financing through NFC, a portion of the loan carries a market rate of interest and must be repaid, but another portion of the loan carries 0% interest and is forgivable, up to a maximum of $10,000. That's up to $10,000 without upfront costs or additional expenses for qualifying Beaverdale residents to improve their homes!
The Beaverdale Neighborhood Association wants to help you learn more about NFC and plan your home improvement projects; so we are hosting a free Informational NFC & Home Improvement/Remodeling Fair. There will be approximately 20 contractors on site, across multiple trades. Attendees can talk with contractors about their home improvement projects and schedule follow-up appointments for bids. There will also be an NFC representative on site to answer your questions about NFCs Advantage Loan programs (including the $10,000 forgivable loan program) and help you learn how to apply. This event is no cost and open to the public.

The Annual Beaverdale Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for Saturday, April 4th at 10am in Beaverdale Park (30th and Adams). Kids, ages 0-10, and their families are welcome to meet the Easter Bunny and search for eggs, filled with candy and prizes. This free event starts at 10am sharp, and is usually over within 5 minutes. Parking is limited, so residents are encouraged to arrive at the Park early and should expect to walk at least part of the way to the event. No dogs, please.
