I am so excited to be offering a Women’s Wellness Retreat on Sun. May 3rd from 10am to 3pm at the beautiful and picturesque Donalda Golf and County Club. It will be a fun blend of yoga, nutrition, lunch and retail therapy.

In February 2020 The New England Journal of Medicine concluded that dairy products are unnecessary and potentially harmful!  

Most of us grew up in the belief that we had to drink cow’s milk to have strong bones. Many studies in the past have denied this claim, but recently, Harvard researchers examined all available evidence on dairy products and found that milk does not help strengthen bones to prevent fractures. Dr. David Ludwig stated that they reviewed more than 100 studies and concluded that the recommendations for consuming dairy products we see in advertising were not based on scientific evidence.  Read More >

This is a game changer…Have you seen frozen avocado chunks at the grocery store or Costco? This is a great option for making your smoothie in the morning with all of your other blended ingredients. 

Try this at-home avocado pit foot massage!

Avocado seeds are smooth, hard, and just the right size for an at home foot massage! Place some dried avocado pits in a big bowl and roll your feet over them to help work out some of that tension. I actually have hammer toes myself and have been massaging them at night.

If you're a bit more adventurous, why not try using them to massage someone you love. Either use the pits to gently rub the person's back or warm them up for a DIY hot-stone massage!
