Our latest publications showcase the works of two artists different in style but equal in brilliance.
Konrad Ross is a South African visual artist living and working in Germany, whose paintings and drawings focus on themes of identity, exploration, physicality, and ritual. His eponymous book showcases a current selection of his most important works alongside written words by Rolf Lauter and Brian Poole.
Stefan Bircheneder is a German painter who examines industrial ruins and deserted workplaces in his photorealistic mostly large-format oil paintings, applying a glaze technique. In his series of works “Nur für Personal” he hints at the workers’ presence in his images of social spaces within factory settings, but never depicts them, only their traces.
