The first day of spring is next week, which means it’s almost time to swap those extra layers of hats and mittens for warmer temperatures and longer days! On May 3, the CN Cycle for CHEO is a fantastic way to get active this spring and celebrate the shift in seasons.
The fully-supported routes take you through the most beautiful parts of our city and offer courses to challenge the avid cyclist and others that are accessible to every member of the family.
Register now before the price increase on March 15. When you register before March 15 you are eligible for the lowest registration price.

EARLY BIRD DRAW - Register and fundraise a minimum of $150 by March 15 and you will be entered in a draw to win a child or adult bike from Bushtukah!

Choose your route:
- Ride: 70K, 35K, or 15K
- Walk: 5K or 2K
There will be many exciting activities this year including live entertainment, a rock climbing wall, face painting, interactive family fun zones and much more!
