Dear BAJC community,
Many of us knew Shayna Landis when she was a youngster growing up here in Brattleboro, attending our Hebrew school and had her Bat MItzvah here. She is the daughter of Dr. Loren Landis who unexpectedly passed away a couple years ago and her sister, Alyse has asked to distribute this Go Fund Me request. In her own words, "Shayna is very low on funds, and because of coronavirus spread in her area, and her being at highest risk for it being fatal if contracted, the immediate need to stock up on things is only one of her added costs. There's much more detailed info in her gofundme. GoFundMe: Help Shayna Landis Afford Life After Cancer/Transplant. Anything you can do to help would be greatly welcomed and appreciated. Thank you in advance for this community Mitzvah. Below is the flyer which has been circulated and sheds more light on Shayna's health.
