Dear IHS '64 Classmates,
Now that Daylight Savings Time is here, we look forward to more daylight hours!! Or so we have been told!
While our BR weather has been pleasant, our hearts go out to the devastation in the Nashville area. Weather and it's results can create such stress and sadness for everyone.
Some other sad news to share:
- Lonnie and Ruth Bonacorso's daughter Brittani Elain passed away on February 16th. Survivors include two daughters Alana and Jayde and her brother Brandon. Out thoughts and prayers are with all of their family.
- Coach Leon McGraw passed away February 19th at the age of 91. Many classmates have very fond memories of their days with him as their teacher and coach. He and Coon Porta -- What a loved duo!! -- Until they left our campus to go coach across the tracks . Our condolences to his wife of 67 years JoRay Ashford McGraw and their extended family.
The Baton Rouge IHS '64 Lunch Bunch will meet on Saturday, March 14th at 11:30 at a new location -- Cafe Phoenicia at 14319 Wax Road in Central, LA. Since Sammy's will not reopen in Central as far as we know, the group is on a search for a replacement. So, we'll try Mediterranean this month. Central needs a Piccadilly!!

Send us your data for our database
We published a 50th Reunion Booklet that was given out to everyone at the July event and wanted to include as many listings as possible. If you weren't listed or want to change data - addresses, phone numbers, family info, and what you've been doing, please contact us. Many of you have been contacted recently via phone or email by the Reunion Committee and we have up to date reports. However, there area a lot of folks with old data on file, so if you haven't already done so, please send us your data using our convenient new online form or the traditional printed "snail mail" version. We would hope that most folks will use the online form since it reduces the amount of typing the committee volunteers have to do!

Missing Indians
We've maintained and updated the old classmates list from our 50th reunion and will use it and recent information to keep our database current. A list of "Missing Indians" has been posted and will be updated each week as we find people and move them to the "found" list. Please help us find the missing classmates and faculty members.

In case you haven't visited our Gallery Pages, there are many photos there that classmates have scanned and emailed to us for everyone to see. Send us your photos along with captions. Scan at 300 dpi or less to keep the size down. Send to ihs1964@yahoo.com .
