Being an independent computer training centre based at the Tygerberg Art school in Parow so long, I can confidently say that my certificate that I present to students is well recognised by design and printing companies in and around Cape Town area and many of my students testify that they have been given work opportunities based on my certificate alone…. this is something I am very proud of as it reflects my quality and dedication that have paid off over the years.
Now let me say this: computer graphics and AutoCAD / REVIT / SOLIDWORKS training skills is best attained if you get trained ONE-TO-ONE BY AN EXPERT.
Learning the functions and methods on your own is just too frustrating because you need to know the tricks and tips of an expert like myself and my trainers who know how to teach you to APPLY what you have learned in class - application of the programme in a practical manner with unique examples is vital.

We have so many success stories of our young students who started earning a minimum of R4000 p.m. as a 3 month probation period (and some even more) with no experience accept their internships after they graduated with the Calvin-Academy Diploma. Then when they complete their 3 month probation contract they go to being permanantly employed with a big salary increase.
To see young people aged between 19-25 start meaningful careers is why I have started and will continue with the academy.
It is so sad that in South Africa the unemployment has gone from 27% to 29% since July last year.....the situation is not improving.
That is why we must make all people in our community aware that there is hope for computer related careers at Calvin Academy at a price that even divorced single parents can afford to educate their child further after matric.
On 6th March 2020, we had our yearly Vision Morning with 3 of our new Graphic Design students.
Welcome Lilian, Collin and Jake…I believe you will have a successful career ahead should you keep committed to the Vision you have written down for your life at Tygerberg Nature Reserve on Friday past. It is my duty and honour to help you achieve your career goals by keeping you focused on your studies, internships and giving you relevant and best paying job opportunities next year with my design clients.
