Three Teams through to the PCBL Finals Series.

As we near the end of another successful Summer season for our PCBL teams, we have three teams through to the finals series games.

Our G2 team played in an elimination Semi Final last Saturday but unfortunately went down in a narrow loss 11-10 against Stealers. After falling behind in the game, our team staged a mighty comeback but wasnt quite enough to snatch the win. Well done to all the players and coaching staff, see you soon in the Winter season.

Our E1 team has progressed through to the Major Semi Final to be played at 3:45pm this coming Saturday 14 March at Flat Rock Reserve against North Sydney. The winner of this game will progress straight through to the Grand Final while the loser of the game will get a second chance the following week. If you can get along to Flat Rock Reserve on Saturday I am sure the team will appreciate the support. Our E2 and D1 teams narrowly missed out on a finals berth but both teams again had strong seasons.

Our B2 team that finished Minor Premiers at the end of the competition rounds will play in the Grand Final this coming Saturday 14 March at Majors Bay Reserve commencing at 1:30pm against Carlingford in what should be a terrific game of baseball. Both teams traded first and second place several times during the season and both deserve their place in the Grand Final. We would love to see you at the ground on Saturday to support the mighty Concord team.

Wet Weather Policy and Game Cancellations

In the event of inclement weather your manager will advise cancellations via Team Stuff as soon as the information is available.  This can be as late as 7:30am on game day.  RHBL will be advertising field closures on the link https://www.rhbl.com.au/wet-weather for your reference.  It is the Home Team’s responsibility to advise the visiting team if the game is cancelled.

A list of contacts for each team can be found on the RHBL website or by following the link https://www.rhbl.com.au/hawks-juniors/competition/club-contacts

Failure to notify will result in a forfeit by the Home Team.

Parents Have Your Say!

In the last few days parents should have received an email fro RHBL seeking feedback with your experience playing Baseball.

RHBL is focussed on providing the best experience possible for our players, parents, spectators, officials & visitors.  To help us with our commitment to provide this we would greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us, on your experience so far this season.

All responses are anonymous, and the survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete – so please, we want your honest feedback – the good, the bad and the ugly!
