We know how resilient you are as a community and how well you support one another, but we all need a little extra help sometimes. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our counsellors for support and guidance. And we are thrilled to announce the counsellors are now available via virtual counselling, as well as email and phone contact! Virtual counselling is face-to-face contact over the computer and allows for set appointment times that are convenient for you.

If you are struggling to work self care into your new schedule, or would just like some tips and tricks, you can book an appointment for one-on-one support and planning with the VFPC. After reviewing some self care strategies and exploring what self care looks like for you, you will be able to complete your very own self care plan. Self care is so important for fostering resilience and managing stress.

During this time, if you have registered for a program all communication will be done via email. Our programs will be delivered in a few ways; interactively through Zoom, pre-recorded video on Facebook and links to fun activities.

The Shilo MFRC Preschool Programs will be offered virtually this month! We will be offering some registered programs that will be available through a free app called ZOOM. You must have access to internet and a computer/tablet/phone that supports the app. Once you are registered, you will be sent a meeting code to access the program! We will also be emailing a list of items to have ready for our session! We hope to see you all there!
