Dear EABC Members,
You are cordially invited to the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the European Association for Business and Commerce (EABC), to be convened on Thursday 26 March 2020 at 17:00 hrs. at Oriental Residence, 110 Witthayu Rd, Lumphini, Pathumwan Wan District, Bangkok. The Registration starts at 16:00 hrs. The AGM will be followed by Members & Friends Dinner which is open to members and their guests, and any member of the business community or government.

Nominating candidates for Ordinary Director EABC Board for AGM 2020
The nomination must be made by an Ordinary Member (company) via its registered Representative. It must be seconded by two other Ordinary Members via their Representatives and be signed by the Nominee to be valid. Nomination form should be submitted to EABC office by mail / hand, email attachment to director@eabc-thailand.org latest by March 23, 2020.
Proxy Form
Any Ordinary Member who is unable to attend the AGM in person may appoint one Ordinary Member by proxy. This form, in order to be effective, should be duly completed, signed, and deposited at EABC office via e-mail at director@eabc-thailand.org,no later than, March 25, 2020.
