One of a kind

Earlier today the silent auction for February ended.

We were raising money for the War Amps by auctioning off an autographed Johnny Bower frame that I created.

I'll contact with the winner today.

This month we have another great cause to help.

The Breast Cancer Society of Canada, (BCSC) is dedicated to saving lives through breast cancer research.

It is estimated during this year:

26,300 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. This represents 25% of all new cancer cases in women.
5,000 women will die from breast cancer. This represents 13% of all cancer deaths in women.
72 Canadian women will be diagnosed with breast cancer every day.
14 Canadian women will die from breast cancer every day.
230 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer and 60 will die from breast cancer.

It's a wonderful charity to support.

And since we're on the verge of Spring I thought we should give March's silent auction a similar feel.

The end result was this autographed Joe Carter display commemorating the 92 and 93 World Series Championships.

Like all silent auction items this piece is one of a kind.

I will not be creating another (even by request).

The starting big is $129.92.
