Dear SAR participants,
After careful consideration of the health and safety of our participants, panellists, and staff, Options for Sexual Health has made the difficult decision to postpone our April 16-19, 2020 SAR due to the coronavirus pandemic.
We are sorry to postpone this workshop as I know many of you have been planning this for a while and have potentially made travel and accommodation arrangements. SAR is special, so it is especially disappointing to delay this important personal and professional experience.
We know this is the right decision based on the information we currently have and are continuing to receive. The situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve rapidly and we urge everyone to follow guidelines and protocols put forth by public health officials.
We will be rescheduling this workshop, however we can’t predict the new dates at this time. We will be offering refunds for your SAR payment, or alternatively Options can hold onto your payment to be used for a future SAR. We will be able to hold funds for a future SAR until March 31, 2021 (next year).
You will be receiving this message twice, as I am sending it out via mailchimp and regular email to ensure that you all receive it. Please respond or contact me via shansen@optbc.org to let me know if you would like a refund or to hold your funds.
