Hello Mighty Hawk Family,

I wanted to give my heartfelt thanks to the parents and students for putting forth your best efforts in all that you have done to make this a memorable start to the school year.  We have enjoyed many accomplishments to start the year and this, of course, is a testament to the tremendous faculty, students, and parents we have at Harlingen South.  As parents and teachers our involvement with our children becomes crucial during times of crisis.  Through your help and support we have been able to distribute devices to any family that needs them, stand up an effective online learning platform, enjoy each other’s company online during our Zoom class sessions, and have students participate in extracurricular activities.  We couldn’t be any prouder in seeing our community overcome challenges and continuing to educate our students despite the pandemic.  Continue to stay safe and communicating with our students to ensure that they stay on track.
