Happy New Year to all our well wishers, donors, volunteers and friends! 2020 should be an exciting year for ILP in more ways than one. It marks our 30th birthday! We want to cap this milestone with an even more impressive achievement - Reaching a million children!

We have been making steady gains in this arena since our inception and rounded out 2019 supporting 750,000 children. A million is definitely within our grasp. With all your help and support we will scale new heights this year. Our annual benefit dinner in November was a resounding success. Much gratitude is due to all of you who came out in large numbers to support us. We also added another feather to our hat last year - we are now a Platinum Guidestar non-profit.

The 1st Beacon of this year brings you a round-up of our 2019 projects, our ongoing Career Guidance efforts and a special focus on activities in Karnataka. We also delve into one of our Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - Attendance.
