Prefer Clinical background, ideally an RN. Experience in managing quality and safety in acute, post-acute and ambulatory settings strongly preferred. Masters required. CPHQ certification required, or eligible to obtain within one year. Need to have system, regional or multi-facility experience over Quality, Safety and Infection Control. Will also look at someone in a large facility with complex operations. Wants a seasoned person willing to make a commitment. Experience with DNV accreditation strongly preferred. Helpful if have experience getting facilities accredited and JCL survey experience helpful. Overall 5 years of progressively more responsible experience in healthcare quality monitoring and analysis, preferably in a multi-location healthcare system, in a similar level role preferred at corporate or regional level.
