Votes are still being counted, but we are proud to say that Christy Smith has punched her ticket in the May 12th runoff in CA 25! Thanks in no small part to your tireless door knocks, phone calls, texts, and postcards, we are in a strong position to keep this district blue. Even better, we saw record breaking Democratic turnout across the country in blue, red, and purple states alike. Voters nationwide are realizing that this will be the most consequential election of our lifetimes, which is why we are powering full steam ahead toward the general election in November.
We are continuing our phone banking, postcard writing, and texting efforts to defend our House majority and flip the Senate, and we will resume canvassing for Christy Smith later this month (specific dates TBA soon). We hope you have taken some time to recharge after this Tuesday's primary, because our fight is only beginning!

In 2017, Alabama elected Democrat Doug Jones to the US Senate in one of the biggest upsets in modern political history. The race was the first of many milestones in the Blue Wave that has swept over the country since 2016. Simply put, a Democratic Senate majority is only possible if Doug Jones is reelected in 2020. We are continuing to phone bank for Mark Kelly in Arizona, as well as CA 21, 25, 48, 49 and 50 in California. Additionally, we are offering letter writing to swing state voters through Vote Forward / Swing Left, and postcards into Arizona and Colorado to flip the Senate through Flip the West.
