Greetings,
By now you should have received our letter regarding our new Capital Funding Campaign! In case you haven't, here are some highlights:
- We are now paying $9,206/month on our Thrivent loan, which is eating away at our building fund.
- This loan needs to be repaid or refinanced by November 1 of this year.
- Before we can refinance, we need to show that we can raise funds to repay a new loan. (Of course, the more we raise, the less we need to borrow!)
- Short term: We need to raise a MINIMUM of $150,000 in the next 60 days.
- Long term: We need commitments to raise $654,000 over the next 3 years.
Enclosed in the letter are three cards:
- The first card is for the up-front contribution - please put this card with your contribution toward the $150,000 in the offering plate as soon as possible, and before May 3.
- The second card is for your pledge over the next three years. Please put this card in the offering plate on May 3.
- The third card is for you to keep, as a reminder of your pledge!
