First, I must tell you that the Hartland Chamber of Commerce awarded us the
“New Member of the Year” award for 2019.
What an Honor!!
Thank you so much members of the
Hartland Chamber for voting for us.
We are currently raising funds for Easter hams.
If you find yourself with an extra ham, please consider donating it. You will be a blessing.
We will be passing out Easter dinner (with ham) on April 9th, 10th and 11th.
We have started our first deliveries for disabled veterans and it is so exciting and wonderful. We are so happy and proud to being doing this service.
We will not only deliver to veterans. We will deliver to any shut-in in Livingston County. Should you know of any shut-in, please let us know. We do not charge for the food or the delivery. We will deliver twice a month.
We have added United Healthcare to our services for our clients. If they have medicare and medicaid, there is a government program (United Healthcare) that is free to them. It will provide vision, hearing and dental, transportation to and from doctor visits, and much, much more.
“Bountiful Harvest Fresh Market” is starting March 3.
Every Tuesday our clients will be shopping for 'Fresh Items' only. Milk, eggs, bread, fruits and vegetables. This visit will not count as a shopping visit for the month. This initiative will keep fresh fruits, vegetables, milk and eggs in the homes of our clients so that they will always have a well-balanced diet.
Our success is Your success. Without each and every one of you this Mission would not be possible. I cannot say how much you mean to us. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS
Have a Blessed Month

Our Mission.
Bountiful Harvest’s mission is to stamp out hunger in the Brighton area and Livingston County. This is being accomplished through food drives, donations from businesses in Brighton, monetary and food donations from church members, and collaborations with area churches and schools, OLHSA and purchasing low cost food from Gleaners Community Food Bank, local supermarkets and merchants.
Bountiful Harvest is a client choice pantry. We are a member of the Livingston County Hunger Council and are partnered with OLHSA, and Gleaners Community Food Bank. There is a Resource Navigator available to help families with such needs as applying for a Bridge Card and getting help with dental, vision and medical needs.
