Planning Survey - Helen gave an update on the surveys from last week. Helen reviewed the donations and projects that we have been involved with and then the items of priority to members from the completed surveys. The items that were identified as important are the projects that we currently do.
Meetings - We discussed ideas for speakers, and this included having all members do "All About Me" especially longer term members. We talked about game nights and the need for an International Meeting.

Local Community Service - Sandy
Shamrock Shuffle - Sandy gave an update. There is much to do, but Sandy has a comprehensive action plan.
Rotary Youth Exchange - Al G
The Club is sponsoring 5 students plus Anna to attend the Seminar for Tomorrow'a Leaders. The students are registered. Al completed the club registration for the students and arrangements were made to pay the registration costs including approaching student sponsors.

There was a discussion about the need to increase membership and various strategies to achieve increased membership that require further discussion.

Ken Wilmott Rotarian of the Year Award of Excellence
It was agreed that club members should nominate the Rotarian of the Year at the Club's change over. Nominations should be made to the Board by the end of May. Winners can not win in two consecutive years.
The meeting at Grace Cafe is deferred and the schedule for Inn Out of the Cold was reviewed. Anna and Emily will be going with Al to In Out of the Cold on Sunday. Al and Sue received notification that the RYE Program is on the approved program list for the Thames Valley District School Board 2020-2021.
