I am writing to OPPOSE the proposal to change NEPA per Docket No. CEQ-2019-0003. Federal airspace actions already routinely fail to disclose real impacts on the ground by using an outdated FAA metric and obsolete science for determining thresholds of significance. As a citizen affected by federal airspace actions, the proposed change to eliminate evaluation of reasonably foreseeable actions would further exempt FAA from environmental responsibility.
