I hope you are all taking care out there! These are topsy turvey times and it’s important to look after yourselves and each other.
We are reminded to look after our physical selves everywhere we turn--and rightly so!!! It’s also important to look after our energy body especially when the stress and challenge of an upset stretches on. Hold on and focus on the one thing we can know for sure: this, too, shall pass.
Reach out, stay connected, stay hydrated and eat good food. Re-pot a houseplant. Start some seeds. Doodle. Organize your junk drawer. Dance! Dream of spring (the green kind, that is! Lol), that’s just around the corner! Watch a comedy classic. Get outside, if you can. Close your eyes and look up--feel the power of the sun on your face.
Point is: do what works for you to stay grounded and connected. It’s my hope for all of us that a shift is just around the corner.
As for energy work, for the time being, I am offering distance sessions only. If you’d like to book a distance energy balancing session with me, now is a great time to do so! The Spring Equinox Discount is valid to the end of April.

My name is Kate Althouse and I live near Nut Mountain, SK (East of Kelvington, SK). I opened Bluehorn Healing Centre with the intent to assist with healing, host workshops and create community.
