SmartVox Offices are Closed

Here's how you can move your phone somewhere else.
This is Eric Loyd, CEO of Bitnetix Incorporated, the company that owns SmartVox.  I apologize if you receive this message multiple times, but I wanted to let you know two things:

First, you can literally take your SmartVox desktop phone to a new location, plug it into power and network, and it should "just work" as it does today.

More information such as making sure you're plugged into the right jack on the phone, is available at https://www.smartvox.com/can-i-move-my-phone-somewhere-else if you can't see the button above.
Don't forget to use a disinfectant wipe on your phone handset, base unit, and cords BEFORE you move it.
You may also want to look at https://www.smartvox.com/what-do-the-buttons-on-my-phone-do to find out how to set up call forwarding and some other features.  In fact, https://www.smartvox.com/tag/faqs contains answers to the most frequently asked questions we receive, and it will make for some awesome reading over the next few weeks!
Lastly, I wanted to let you know that I've closed our offices and sent my staff home out of an abundance of caution.  The best way to contact us for any reason is through email at support@smartvox.com or you can tweet us @SmartVox and include the word "support" or "not working" or "need help."  Either way, a support ticket will be generated and my talented team will be able to assist you more easily in these difficult times.
Above all else, be healthy, wash your hands, stay at least six feet (two meters) away from everyone you can, and try to enjoy this unexpected bonus time by spending time with family, reading some books, or learning a new hobby.
