The General Assembly (GA) of IFOAM – Organics International, on September 26 - 27 is an excellent opportunity for member organizations to have a real impact on the organic movement, the strategy and overall activities of our organization.

One of the big decisions the General Assembly will have to take is the election of a new World Board for the 2020-2023 term. We are still calling for World Board candidates and deadline for the submission of candidacies is April 30, 2020.

The World Board is comprised of ten members and should reflect the full diversity of the organic movement it represents. Details about the role and functioning of the World Board are available in the Terms of Reference.

We will continue posting on our website the names of all full applications received until the deadline. You find them here. Anyone you know on our list? If you are undecided, you have until the end of April to submit your application.
