• Turning our face-to-face information and advice services into a TELEPHONE SUPPORT LINE, where people can get in touch about where to find supplies, services or simply want to chat and need to hear a friendly voice.

• Offering regular calls to check in with clients 

• Adapting our services and coordinate with other organisations to meet clients’ needs

We are currently exploring an essential supplies and home meal delivery service, and will keep you updated on its progress. This is a rapidly evolving situation, and we are trying to be as flexible as possible. We appreciate your support at this time.
 
Please get in touch if you have any other questions and also if you have any information that you would like us to share. Our Information and Advice team is working closely with local groups and organisations and putting together a list of support services in Swansea, Port Talbot and Bridgend so that we can sign post our clients and give them the help they need.
