NYCCR&R Consortium Response to the COVID19 Pandemic   

As state and local government authorities work to limit the spread of the COVID19 virus, the New York City Child Care Resource and Referral (NYCCR&R) Consortium is committed to continue supporting New York City families and the child care providers who serve them.  

For Families: 

We recognize that the Mayor's decision to close schools has caused a number of families to seek emergency care arrangements. We encourage any family in need of care or guidance to: 

•  Call us at 888-469-5999 for an individualized child care plan, or  
• Visit one of the individual Consortium agency websites (listed below) to use our free online service to make your own child care plan:

For Providers: 

While on-site training and technical assistance visits will be paused until further notice in the interest of slowing the spread of COVID19, the Consortium is still providing the following professional development and support services for child care centers and home-based providers throughout the five boroughs of New York City: 

• Technical Assistance visits via video chat (WhatsApp, FaceTime, etc.) 
• Technical Assistance via phone, email, and chat 
• Online training via www.nyccrr.org 
• Virtual consultancy for Health Care Plans
