Corona Virus got you down?

Participate in an art show
in your PJs

Some day in the not too far away future, we will be able to go back to restaurants, people will be busy back at work, kids will be able to go back to school (and they probably won't even complain!), the stock market will soar, and things will be back to the same-old-same-old.  So, in the meantime, let's enjoy homeschooling, building legos, doing puzzles, and painting from home and don't forget to join me for an art show...all while wearing your sweats...which reminds me of this quote from one of my favorite movies (name that show!)
Chancho, when you are a man, sometimes you wear stretchy pants in your room...it's for fun.

Briscoe Night of Artists

Although the Night of Artist opening weekend events are cancelled, the exhibition and sale will go on! All sales will support the museum and starving artists around the country that spent all their money on a mad dash for toilet paper and food for all their children.

I will have three paintings available by "Luck of the Draw" online sale. This means that anyone intending to purchase can have their name put in the drawing that will take place virtually on March 27th at 10:00am. If you'd like your name in the drawing for any of my 3 pieces, please place an absentee bid anytime between NOW and 11:59am on Thursday, March 26, 2020. The Briscoe Museum has made it really easy to participate in this event, so check it out!

In the meantime, I'm going to go paint and watch Nacho Libre. Stay safe out there and I'll talk to you soon!

Viggo and Dad working together
I moved my art studio home to protect me 78 year old dad. Our arts and crafts room/toy room/piano room/exercise room is officially now my studio, too for the next few weeks (or months 🤷‍♂️) It’s a bit cramped, but I have some great coworkers!
