Hello Everyone,
I hope this e-mail finds everyone in good health. Crazy times we are going through right now.
I think it goes without saying that the trails are closed for the year. What a bummer season this was. We had two good weeks of riding around here. :( Most of the signs have been taken down and most of the gates are now closed.
The fundraiser we had planned at the Longhorn restaurant this Sunday has been postponed until further notice. As of today the Longhorn is still open for takeout so please try to support our local businesses during this difficult time.
We are still selling $5 tickets to win a $250 gift certificate to Progressive Motorsports. We were going to draw the winner this Sunday so that is postponed as well. If you want to purchase a ticket please contact Cindy Woodcock at 518-683-0528 and she will find a way to get you one.
We do have our final club meeting of the season scheduled for April 6th (location TBD) but I'm guessing that will be postponed until further notice. For now assume its postponed unless you hear different.
P.S. - we have some promising leads on re-routing the trail around the Warren County bike path next year which would provide us access to the lake and to the trail that connects with Washington County. Fingers crossed that it works out.
