Instructions:
To use Zoom on your phone, simply download the Zoom app from your phone or device's app store.
Allow it to install on your device.
Allow it access to your video and microphone.
When it's time to join the Zoom meeting, simply click on the "Join Zoom Meeting" link and it will connect you to the online meeting space.
When you enter the online meeting room, connect using internet audio if you can.
Then allow access to your device's video, and enable access to your device's microphone.
If you are going to call in to a meeting on a phone line, pick one of the phone numbers listed in the Meeting invitation.
When prompted, enter the Meeting ID number. That will connect you to the room through the audio of your phone.

Here are some tips for a better experience on Zoom:

  • Use headphones, if at all possible. The microphone on a headphone or earbuds (like one that comes with most smartphones these days) is much better than trying to speak on the regular microphone.
  • Plan to enter the virtual Zoom room a few minutes before the meeting start time to be have time to troubleshoot any connection issues.
  • If you are not speaking at a particular moment, please mute your microphone to prevent echoing.
  • You can test out your set-up through this link: https://zoom.us/test

We are so grateful for you!
