Daily Guided Practice via Zoom
During this unprecedented time, we believe more strongly than ever in the need for practice in community. Starting Monday, every weekday at 2pm EST/11am PST we will be offering a daily meditation guided by one of in iBme's teachers, specifically geared towards teens and open to all.

UCLA - iBme Online Mindfulness Meditation Retreat
Thursday, March 26, 5pm PST - Sunday, March 29, 12pm PST
During this online retreat we will practice together in iBme’s usual relational style with periods of silent guided mindfulness meditation and yoga, as well as small group discussion, workshops, and interactive wisdom talks.  You’ll learn skills for sustaining a practice and navigating your life from a place of calm, compassion, and resilience.

This past week we held our first online retreat, and it was a resounding success, combining the right amount of solitary meditation with supported social connection (even at a distance). We are excited to be able to offer a retreat in this form for all ages, starting Thursday, March 26th, in collaboration with UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC).

Teachers and staff for this retreat include Jessica Morey, Cara Lai, Sara Shapouri, Enrique Collazo, and MARC's Associate Director Marvin G. Belzer, Ph.D.

*iBme and UCLA MARC are deeply committed to equity and accessibility. We welcome those who need support to register with the scholarship fee.

Commit to Sit - Annual Fundraiser and Practice Challenge
Fundraising for our scholarship fund and inspiring our community to practice together have always been the central goals of Commit to Sit. This year, it's clear that the most important gift we can share with each other is presence. We hope this will inspire our community, across generations and roles, to join Commit to Sit. We will be expanding the schedule for live online meditations and rapidly developing new content for teen-focused meditations. We look forward to practicing with you for three weeks starting April 15th!
