From the President's desk.....
  Everywhere you go, you find people who are frustrated, puzzled, fearful.  And yet everywhere you go, you find people rising to the occasion-finding ways to do impossible things in a very short time.  Stories of generosity, creativity, innovation abound, though often lost in the noise of a constantly changing environment.  These positive things are happening because we are blessed in this community with leadership.  If you are an employer, business owner, pastor, manager-you're in a leadership position and wise decisions by dedicated leaders are what will bring us through this.  If that puts pressure on you-that's the reality of your position.  It may feel like a burden but it's an opportunity and an honor.  You have the chance to help people through this.  You have the chance to assure others that help is on the way and you're there to make it happen. In this uncertain time, your chamber wants to offer resources to help you be that leader that makes wise decisions. Let us know if you need information, need to know who to call, need to know how to make something happen.  We work for you and our job is to help you lead.  Stay safe and well!

Lisa Hayworth accepted a 2020 Outstanding Baby Advocate Award. The award was presented by the Think Babies NC Alliance and NC Early Education Coalition. The award is a result of hard work and dedication of the Randolph Partnership for Children. Congratulations to a the entire team!
