Two Things for Tuesday
Hey friends. We are not naive enough to say it's "business as usual" at the Kyle Visser Real Estate office. But, we can confidently say that we are fully operational as our team works from home. We are following all of the guidelines set by local government officials and our realtor association. Our biggest prayer is that we all stay safe & healthy and that by taking these precautions, we can resume normal activities soon.
If you're also working from home, let's do a virtual buyer or listing appointment to help prepare you for your future move. It's not the same as meeting face to face and we can't offer you an office espresso but we could still have coffee together - just screen to screen. The interest rates (not surprisingly) are at an all time low which makes this a great time to buy. Shoot us a text and let's set something up. In the meantime, tackle some home improvement projects or better yet, spruce up your yard in the fresh spring air.
