Due to the Covid19 Pandemic, Easter Seals (ESSC) and Kaiser have approved Collaborative OT Solutions to provide TeleHealth therapy for OT and PT with Collaborative OT Solutions.
What does this mean?
The ESSC approval for TeleHealth during the Covid 19 Pandemic crisis allows for your child's therapy sessions to take place over video sessions.
How to Start TeleHealth for OT & PT?
Starting Wednesday, March 18, 2020 Collaborative OT Solutions' Administrative staff will be contacting all ESSC families directly to begin the steps to set up the TeleHealth OT or PT therapy session with you. We will have you sign consent forms to participate and we will communicate with your ESSC Case Manager.
Why Participate?
ESSC clients are incredibly fortunate that ESSC has approved this type of therapy during the Covid19 Pandemic. Your and your child will continue to have access to your regular therapist during the weeks that it is not possible to attend therapy in-person. This means that there will not be a gap in services and, your child can continue to make progress towards his/her therapy goals. An added benefit to TeleHealth is that you can talk with your child's therapist from your home and, your therapist can help you address specific problems that you are facing day to day.

¿Cómo iniciar TeleHealth para OT & PT?
A partir del 18 de marzo de 2020, el personal administrativo de Collaborative OT Solutions se pondrá en contacto con todas las familias de ESSC directamente para comenzar los pasos para configurar la sesión de terapia de TeleHealth OT o PT con usted. Le haremos firmar formularios de consentimiento para participar y nos comunicaremos con su Administrador de Casos de ESSC.
¿Por qué participar?
Los clientes de ESSC son increíblemente afortunados de que ESSC haya aprobado este tipo de terapia durante la pandemia de Covid19. Usted y su hijo continuarán teniendo acceso a su terapeuta regular durante las semanas que no es posible asistir a la terapia en persona. Esto significa que no habrá una brecha en los servicios y, su hijo puede continuar progresando hacia sus metas de terapia. Un beneficio adicional de TeleHealth es que usted puede hablar con el terapeuta de su hijo desde su hogar y, su terapeuta puede ayudarlo a abordar problemas específicos que usted está enfrentando día a día.
