As you are most likely aware, the current outbreak and impact of COVID-19 is unprecedented throughout the world. Here at Qlicksmart, we are continuously monitoring developments as they unfold. Customer Service and Enquiries
Qlicksmart’s customer service and internal support teams will continue to operate as normal and will be answering enquiries over email, phone, and by video conferencing platforms (eg Skype). We are implementing processes to ensure that staff are able to work from home as required, and encourage you to contact us via email (hello@qlicksmart.com) as our phone lines can be quite busy at the moment.
Ordering and Supply
At the moment, we don’t see interruptions to our supply. We are in constant communication with our manufacturers and delivery partners in order to monitor the situation and manage any potential supply disruptions or changes.
For website orders, please be advised that international shipping may be delayed depending on national restrictions or disturbances. Australian shipping will remain mostly unchanged at this time, however we are unable to predict if our shipping partners’ services, in Australia or overseas, will be affected in the coming weeks. If you purchase Qlicksmart products through a local distributor, please contact them for accurate supply information.
