In a bid to reduce traffic through the salon during social distancing, we are asking clients to call us on 01256 363417 to purchase gift cards. These can then be sent out in the post. Any Gift Cards still in date as of 17th March 2020 will be extended by an additional 3 months. This will be under constant review should circumstances worsen.
We understand that during this time of uncertainty you may not wish to purchase a gift card as it is difficult to know when the recipient will be well enough to attend their appointment. Despite making every effort to remain open we do not know if there will be a time when government guidelines prevent us from doing so.
Therefore we have put together two "I Owe You" tokens that you can give to your loved ones, meaning they can book an appointment once this difficult time has passed and you can pay for that treatment when they come in.

As we are a small independent business, we rely on our clients attending their appointments for our income and to pay salaries. Therefore if you are not in the “at-risk” category, if you are not self-isolating and you aren’t experiencing any symptoms please do continue to attend your appointments. We will be waiving our usual 24-hour cancellation policy for those experiencing symptoms, but please do let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange our diaries accordingly.
