Dear Friend,

iBme is closely monitoring COVID-19 as the situation unfolds.  As our first retreat is over three months away, we are hopeful they will go on as planned. However, if they do not, we guarantee a 100% refund and will provide notice well in advance of any cancellation. We will be providing regular updates through our website, email, and social media.

During both joyful times and challenging times, we can breathe and find balance. Without pushing away what we don't want or clinging to what we do, we can witness the aliveness of a simple moment, invite awareness of a single, sweet breath.

We wish for all ease and calm and invite you to join us — on retreat, in meditation, and online. Teens and adults, parents and teachers, we are all part of a growing community creating the world we know is possible.

Let’s practice together and
support Teen Retreats!

Commit to Sit is a three-week fundraiser and online practice challenge open to the entire iBme Community. We invite you to join us and commit to spend time each day dedicated to meditation, and raise money from family, friends, co-workers, and local organizations to support teens of all backgrounds to attend our transformative retreats. 

The current state of our collective minds and hearts surrounding COVID-19 brings extra significance to this annual event. We can lean on our mindfulness practice and each other to greet the fear, stress, and anxiety that arises with calm and compassion. We’re partnering with Ten Percent Happier to offer three months of free access to their app to all participants. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ten Percent has put together a selection of meditations, podcasts, and blog posts to help us ‘build resilience and find some calm amidst the chaos.’
