Strange Times
In light of the uncertainty with the outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we wish to reassure all our customers that we are taking all necessary steps and following the World Health Organization and local authorities’ guidelines. Our top priority is the safety of all our customers and employees. We have been and will continue to sanitise all regularly used surfaces and tools in our workshops and stores; we are also offering hand gel on request. We are doing our utmost to maintain our top quality service and are making it our priority to communicate with all clients who have work in progress with us during this time, and with those who wish to come and see us over the next few months.
We would advise all clients that have work that is ready to collect to contact us and arrange to collect, or have their items posted, over the next 7 days, as we may be forced to close our stores in the forthcoming weeks ahead.
May we assure you that we take great care and responsibility for all our clients' precious items. No matter their value or size, all pieces are locked away within our high-security safe while the premises are not open, and this will continue to be the case.
We are still very happy to communicate through email, and any other means possible to suit our clients during this time. We can also use whatsapp to continue to offer free advice, our design service, and to help you place orders. This is a service we already do for our clients who live abroad. Please do feel free to contact us via the above routes if the shops remain closed, and our management teams will do their utmost to help.
Our online team will be working hard to ensure all orders are fulfilled and working closely with our shipping partners to ensure delivery can be made. Please do not hesitate to contact us through the online shop with any questions.
Please refer to our Latest News page for all future information and updates, including opening and closing times and dates of our individual Bath and Bristol stores.
The team at Wylde Jewellers wish everyone all the best through these uneasy times.
