In these trying times under quarantine, sickness and economic crumble, it’s perfectly normal to make some sort of panicked decision in a crisis. For me, it was a 3 a.m. text to a friend asking if I should withdraw my 401k about 30 years early; for others, it’s inexplicably buying lots and lots of toilet paper.

But for Joe Longo, it’s something else completely.
