A Message from the Counseling Center
As we adjust to the changes of the semester in response to the COVID-19 virus, the Counseling Center is here to continue to offer you support while also adjusting to the needs and reality of our current situation on campus. Below I have provided some links with helpful information to assist with coping skills for anxiety and other stressors that you may be dealing with considering the abrupt changes associated with COVID-19.  It is important to be rational and approach things logically and intentionally.  Remember self-care is imperative to a healthy lifestyle.
If you have any concerns or would like additional information or tips, please reach out to me by email at mhoke@mail.wvu.edu.
