In this time of social distancing having a regular home yoga practice is more important than ever. In our previous newsletter, Theresa addressed some important ideas about how to create your own home practice. To go along with these suggestions, I have begun a series of videos taking the approach of creating your practice one pose at a time. I hope to post a new video every week.
