Victory Health’s Response to CoVid 19

Dear Patients,
Colleen, MacKenzie and Teresa want you to know how much we care about you and your health. We have given a lot of thought to how to best protect you from this virus while meeting as many of your needs as possible. To this end, we have implemented the following policies EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY until further notice:
- Do NOT come to the office if you have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath. This applies EVEN IF you think it is caused by allergies or any other ailment. We simply do NOT have the personal protective gear for our staff and other patients. If you show up with these symptoms, you will be asked to leave. If these symptoms are undiagnosed you need to call an URGENT CARE or ER for evaluation instead.
- Please do NOT arrive early for your assigned appointment. Wait in your car until your allotted time. If we are running behind, we may ask you to return to your car until you can be seen. You can, however, pop in to tell us you are here. If we are running ahead of schedule we will gladly accommodate you.
- All follow up appointments that do NOT require in person symptom monitoring will be conducted over the telephone. We will review your chart and let you know prior to your appointment. Please don’t call us, we will call you. We are being inundated with phone calls and emails and are trying to keep up.
- All NEW PATIENT visits that are NOT already scheduled will be placed on a waiting list in the order in which the original contact is made. WE DO NOT HAVE ADEQUATE STAFF to call everyone back. Please notify your friends and referrals (thank you for those!) that we will put them on a list and get back to them when we are able.
- Please order your supplements ONLINE at TERESAHOLLER.com for $5.99 shipping or email us at info@teresaholler.com for FREE pick-up. You do not need to be a patient to order supplements. We are expecting a massive shipment today and another tomorrow. We cannot return calls about what is in stock or when backordered items will arrive due to the sheer volume of these calls. (Sorry!) Please expect some interruption in supply and delayed shipments, but know we are doing our best to avoid these.
- Beginning on MONDAY, 3/23/20, our office hours will be changed to MONDAY-THURSDAY 10am-3pm. Please understand that we are trying to handle an incredible volume of needs and maintain a clean work environment. If you have a previously scheduled appointment outside of these hours, you will KEEP this appointment unless you are notified by a staff member prior to the appointment.
- Don’t forget to take your vitamin C, get outside in the sunshine, breathe deeply, pray continuously, and look after your neighbor. We are praying for you all to have peace in this storm and we are thankful that we live in a region where people and businesses look after one another and take care of those in need. Stay well!
